My recent stay at Quinta do Chafariz was absolutely wonderful! The room was spacious enough for two, clean, and I was impressed by the high quality, practical yet stylish décor, bedding and the little personal touches that were much appreciated. It included a private outdoor seating area with a lovely view of the village and surrounding area. The area is very quiet, even with some typical village life sounds. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The reliable and strong wifi came in handy so I could do some work. Elian, Louis and their Daughter are some of the best hosts I have ever had on my trips. They are incredibly friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to assist with any requests. The swimming pool was a welcome addition during the hot sunny days and the quiet and cool evenings. The location was also ideal, with a beautiful, scenic 30-minute drive from Coimbra and easy access to nearby attractions. It could be a fantastic option for a quiet romantic getaway.

The building and the room is extremely spacious and relaxing. The terrace catches the morning sun and it’s in the middle of some beautiful walks. The pool is perfect and there are sun lounges and hammocks to relax in

The location was stunning, the landlord really really lovely and you mist try their breakfast.

The whole experience was great. Diane (and Roy) is a really nice host. You could always ask them for something and they helped us out, but they are very discrete as well! Beautiful view at the very nice swimming pool and especially from the living level. A Beautiful area and you will experience a lot of privacy. A car is recommended but we used the local taxi driver, who was very nice. Thanks Diane and Roy for everything!

A lovely retreat near the river, nestled in a friendly little hamlet. Lovely walks close by (short and long). Amenities and restaurants within 7 minutes. Rita is very friendly and helpful. A lovely host. The house is very well equipped and the decor is lovely. I loved it all.

Our stay at Magnolias Cottage was so great! You can see how they have worked hard to make everything comfortable. The bed was comfy, the little setup when we arrived was great and you have to have the breakfast, it was lovely! Overall a great stay, very comfortable and you can see that the host has worked hard on the property.

Very cozy and relaxing acommodation. The hosts are incredibly kind and helpful, always offering more than you ask for. Always a couple of steps ahead of you. Felt very taken care of. Breakfast very nice! Perfect place to stay while visiting Loisã and the beautiful Schist villages.
