From the moment I booked, the reservations team excelled, from arranging transfers and late check out, Kath even knew what time I needed to be at the airport for my return flight. Once I arrived was made feel a valued customer, always cheerful and asking if there is anything else I needed. Room was lovely, comfortable bed with a great view.

The Most Beautiful Place I've Ever Stayed Island Paradise Resort in Koror, Palau truly lives up to its name. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The resort offers a breathtaking lagoon view — easily the most stunning I’ve seen anywhere on the island. What made the experience even more special was the warm, personal touch. The breakfast is lovingly prepared by the team, and if you ask kindly, they’re happy to customize it to your taste. Everything is spotlessly clean, and the calm, peaceful atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax and recharge. The staff is absolutely wonderful — always kind, helpful, and attentive without ever being intrusive. The owner genuinely cares about the guests and is always ready to help with anything you might need. You can really feel that this resort is run with heart. If you’re looking for a quiet, beautiful, and welcoming place to stay in Palau, Island Paradise Resort is without a doubt the best choice. I can’t recommend it highly enough — I already can’t wait to return.

Great location, clean and comfortable room with sea view, super friendly staff. Smooth airport pickup and drop off service , easy check in. Breakfast was always delicious :)

I have had a great time with Yogi Dives. The accommodation is nice and clean and there is a kitchen to cook. It is located in the center of Koror and it takes about 5-10 minutes to the main road with all kind of shops. Edee and Jaycel are very friendly and helpful and support you with everything you need. Wether it’s about activities or recommendations for dive shops or restaurants. I assume this is probably the best price-performance in Koror.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is central and within the city centre. The entrance is not appealing and not the ambiance of a hotel. The room was a good size but somewhat dated. The reception arranged a snorkelling trip with Impac Tours to Rock Islands, including Jellyfish Lake, Shark city, Natural Arch and Milkyway which was fantastic. Large shopping centre, restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Good gift shop with traditional storyboards at Belau Museum. The West Plaza group has another hotel across the road at Lebuu Street which seems much newer.

Beautiful, well maintained establishment and staff friendly and professional

Giving 10/10 for one particular reason - how the front office suggested watching the FIFA World Cup instead of just saying “sorry no.” That being said - the rooms were HUGE (easily enough space for scuba equipment and suitcases), nicely decorated in an island style, well equipped and reasonable WiFi was offered. Breakfast - albeit simple - was of a high quality. Location was decent if you plan to be based in Koror. They even offered a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. They provide beach towels and umbrellas as well.

In particular the very friendly staff made my stay so nice. Always with a smile and a friendly greeting as you passed the reception area. The most friendly staff at any hotel I have ever stayed at made my stay exceptional. The room was clean, plenty of hot water in the shower beds were comfortable.

The staff, especially Lili the manager were extremely helpful and provide good advice, help on booking tours and we're sincerely assisting on enjoying my stay in Palau. I travel extensively, but cannot recall such a friendly and personal service like this
