The apartment was ideal as an overnight stop before our flight next morning. It was clean, modern, has all the kitchen facilities necessary, and is in a peaceful block. In fact, we were surprised how the nearby airport doesn't affect the quietness of the area. The host was exceptionally efficient with communcation too, which was great.

LOCATION. I chose this hotel because it was important for me to be close to the airport. It is approximately 3 km from OTP airport, or 5 minutes by taxi. The place is very quiet and picturesque, and is located on the other side of the airport and there is no noise from flying planes. I took a taxi, Bolt/Uber an paid 7.00 $ for a taxi from OTP airport to the Ami Residence Hotel. FAST COMMUNICATION. When I booked hotel, I wanted to inform owner that I am about to come in 10 min. I wrote on WhatsApp and the owner immediately replied that the room was reserved for me. When I got into the taxi, I also asked the driver to call the owner and double check the address. The driver spoke to the owner and everything was as mentioned on site. ENVIRONMENT. Check-in was fast. The lady-receptionist was waiting for us and provided necessary support. In general, the room I booked was like for VIP guest. It was very clean, fully equipped with bath towels, bed sheets, coffee, tea, candies, crockery, etc. All furniture were brand new ! I really just relaxed and enjoyed my free time. FOCUS ON CLIENT. The owner was focus oriented. I asked to order food from a local pizzeria and arrange delivery directly to the hotel. The owner helped me and arranged everything. I am very grateful for such attitude. I will recommend it for sure.

I had a long overnight layover in Bucharest, so I booked a room to get some rest between my flights. The hotel is located just a 5-minute drive from the airport, which is incredibly convenient. I contacted the hotel in advance to inform them that I would have a late check-in, and they promptly confirmed it was possible. As it turned out, my flight was delayed, and I didn't arrive at the hotel until around 2 AM. The hotel staff was unbelievably customer-oriented! They stayed in touch with me even at that late hour, providing extremely detailed and clear instructions for self-check-in. A lovely complimentary gift of croissants, tea, coffee, and water was waiting for me in the room—it was exactly what I needed after a long journey. The room itself was very spacious, modern, impeccably clean, and most importantly, it had excellent soundproofing. I slept perfectly and felt completely rested. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, especially to those traveling in transit. I want to sincerely thank the owners for such a high level of service and thoughtfulness towards their guests! I wish your business continued success.
