Quiet, once you shut the door to the balcony it’s quiet. Got a very nice room on the 4th floor, there was complimentary water bottles and some candy in the room. Vending machines for snacks and drinks downstairs, a coffee machine, all with reasonable prices. Highly recommended. We also found parking around the corner. Clean and correct. The a/c worked great during the heatwave
