Everything was nice : the access, the view, the room and overall the dinner and breakfast. Thank you to the Chef. I enjoyed this peaceful place. It's not huge and it's perfect like that. A place to be as a couple or with friends. I enjoyed the bath and the view from there.😜 This place is new and I hope they will keep this good standard.

I had a wonderful experience at this property. The staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and always willing to assist. From the security team to our waiter, Brown, a tall and very attentive young man, everyone went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. I would also like to give special recognition to the amazing property manager, Miss. Mashema. She was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist whenever needed. Our stay at Rusal Haven was amazing. It surpassed our expections. The room was clean, beautifully curated and had such a refreshing scent. The shower was equally refreshing and nicely hot or cold depending on your liking. The breakfast was delicious and well balanced. My husband and I particularly enjoyed the spinach soup and the array of fruits. We also had dinner when we arrived and it was delicious as well. The location is perfectly located, being close to the road and provides a perfect view of Lake Kivu, with an access to a beach right across the premise. The environment is interestingly quiet being that it's so close to the road, with trees around. The place is also close enough, literally a walking distance to the hotspirings and some nice restaurants close by. Finally the hospitality was simply the best. Aristo ( Aristote) was such a lovely host and he made our experience so much better. He was very helpful right from the moment I reached out with my enquiries. He patiently answered and assisted me even before getting to the premise. During our stay, he continued with his top notch assistance, by going above and beyond to help out with our stay and experience of the area. He gave us some really good recommendations of activities and places to visit and we genuinely had a great time. I highly recommend Rusal Haven. What you see is exactly what you get, if not better 😊😊.

Everything was amazing. We received an exceptional welcome, the food was healthy and delicious, and we got all the assistance we needed for touring. My kids loved the lodge and all the activities they experienced, including cruising on Lake Kivu, swimming, enjoying the fishermen experience, and of course, playing cards. We had an unforgettable time. The owners, Aicha and Ivan, are incredibly kind and caring. It was a wonderful vacation. Umurobyi is a peaceful and quiet place - with a great view, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
