Really lovely living area with a comfortable sofa, cosy fireplace and big table to eat at. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment including very sharp knives. Good location for Isaberg Ski resort. Very welcoming and friendly hosts

Very much value for money, we were lucky enough to have the place exclusively to ourselves, 4 mins distance from High Chaparral which made it extremely convenient. Everything was available.

This was self-catering. The timber cabin I stayed in was compact (and very cosy) so cooking facilities were a bit space limited - (no microwave) , but electric cooker, fridge, full set of pots, pans, cutlery & crockery provided - I found the facilities fine. The location was fabulous - under the trees at the edge of a beech wood. I love trees so I loved it, and I loved that it was all timber-lined inside. It felt like a fairy tale - a little timber cabin in the woods - wonderful. The lady proprietor was lovely - made sure I had what I needed on arrival, then left me to myself - typical Swedish I think - helpful, kind and respectful but not in your face. She and her husband live on farm close by. Kulltorp is nice - I took a walk around - there's a handy village shop 5 minutes walk from the Stugor. I had a very nice comfy armchair - excellent - great in the evenings for watching Swedish TV with a cup of tea and wondering what they're talking about. Great - loved it !

Cute little cottage, kids loved the horses and cats, and a good yard to play in. Beds were comfortable, there was lots to choose from on the tv, and it was clean.

The hosts really went out of their way to create a comfortable holiday apartment. The place is nicely renovated and was very clean. The kitchen has more than I am used to from holiday homes, spices, some flour, coffee, tea, sugar, and a good selection of kitchen utensils. Even a waffle and sandwich maker. The rooms and beds were comfortable, the shower was hot and had good water pressure and we had more than enough towels. The kids' room has toys, a baby bed, and there is a highchair in the kitchen, so I can recommend the place for families with younger kids. The apartment building itself reminded us of our youth in Eastern Germany which made us chuckle a little - but the apartment more than makes up for it. The location itself is very good, too if you liked it quiet (we do). We went on a bike tour to Isaberg which took about 20 minutes or so (but there is a very short stretch to do on a road where cars go 90kmh, so not recommended for young kids). There is also a national park with great hiking opportunities near by as well as museums etc.
