Very straightforward contact with the staff, even though I arrived after the official reception opening hours. There's a key box where you can choose your own PIN. The room was great, very quiet, and the window opened. There's a common room with a very well-equipped kitchen, including refrigerators and an oven. Parking is right in front of the cabins. There's also an indoor swimming pool/water park opposite the campsite.

This hotel is a 2-minute walk from Östersund Central Station and the Prästgatan shopping street in central Östersund.
