Esther, the lady working in Gasthof singlehandly manages all the guests in the place, always smiling and very kind. Old fashion Gasthof but very cozy and with excellent service.

Staff was amazingly friendly, and area was super quiet so we got good night sleep. I liked everything here, good stay.

Quiet, far away in the top of the hills. If you take some walks in the upper forests, you will find wild berries and blue berries☺️ We had dinner at the property which was as well delicious.

Wellness was good separated from apartment which is just up the stairs, there is everything you need in the apartment and also breakfast included.

The house is in a very nice location (on the edge of the forest, you can hear the gurgling mountain stream). The owner was very friendly and polite and welcomed us with a welcome drink. The apartment is clean, well equipped and in excellent condition.

Amazing owners, friendly and helpful! We could park the motorcycles in garage. The breakfast is simple but more than nothing. Coffee, tea, water and juices to drink and for breakfast you can make a toast and eat it with butter&jam. The rooms are big enough and clean, we had balcony looking at the river. They have a lovely garden which is perfectly maintained. All in all everything was good :)

The lady was extremely friendly, she helped me with everything. There is garage for bikes. There are two common kitchens: on the first floor a slightly older one with dining tables, on the second floor a new, modern one.

Amazing staff, food and rooms

A truly wonderful and peaceful place in Carinthia - perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. We spent Christmas here, and it was absolutely magical. The house is very cozy, warm, and smells of natural wood. The fireplace and sauna made our stay especially comfortable, and the sauna was perfect after long walks in the forest. We slept incredibly well — complete silence and total peace. The house easily accommodated the four of us (two adults and two children). Almost every day we saw deer near the house, which made the stay even more special. The hosts are excellent and very kind, welcoming, and attentive, with great communication throughout our stay. We also enjoyed short trips to nearby Slovenia, which is very close, and exploring the beautiful Austrian surroundings. Highly recommended — we would love to come back.

The view, zebras, alpacas and goats. The receptionist was super accomodating and helpful. The apartment was very clean and the bed extremely cozy. Sauna and jaccuzzi add a nice touch. All alone in the middle of nowhere.

Had a fantastic stay at Studio 1111! The hosts were incredibly friendly, and the accommodation was amazing with a perfect view. Highly reccomend!
