A beautiful hotel with lovely furniture and a very nice host. The dinner and breakfast were both great. We had a very nice stay.

A very quiet place in the mountains, ran by a very sweet lady-host. Absolutely suitable for people wanting to spend some time away from the civilization. The whole area radiates old-school vibes (both in- and out-side) with tons of collectibles & memorablia displayed around. There are two outdoor bars ran as self-service facilities (with e.g. coffee and tea available to all), and also many places to sit around and enjoy the views of the town below and country around - well, when not enjoying the swimming pool. Besides the house we stayed in (with a few more guest rooms), there are also a bunch of glamping facilities, ideal for couples (we met one there). LbnL there are horses (we've seen three right in the areal) and a few more animals slightly below it (we've seen a family of goats and a herd of deer). Very relaxing & very pleasant stay.

This apartment really is a home from home. Clean, comfortable and with so many thoughtful touches like fresh eggs in the fridge:). One of my best stays while cycling the Drau river, so much more than just a basic apartment, Highly recommended.

Hotel & Hostel Marenberg Radlje
Beautiful and renovated classical building that looks like a mansion. The size of the room is huge. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows and blankets were clean and smelled good. The lady at the reception was very kind. I have arrived after 20:00 and she waited for me. The parking is secured with automatic gate. Breakfast was 7 euro, was good portion and good varieties. The only thing I would add is some vegetable/fruits. For dinner, I was recommended to walk to the restaurant/pub named gold near the Merkator. Food was great, decently priced.

Host Aljaz was very welcoming and went out of his way to make our stay good one. After a hot day's cycling we were in need of rehydration, and he gave us some very refreshing isotonic alcohol-free beer which was just right. Would highly recommend. It was an extremely hot night and the large ran was useful in keeping us warm. Also called me up afterwards to tell me they had found my credit card after I carelessly left it behind. Has promised to post it back to me.
