Host was very responsive and friendly. He waited for us and personally handed the key to us. He also showed us how to lock the key in a key lock when checking out. Check in and check out process was quick and easy. He also made two cups of coffee to welcome us. A private parking space (free of charge) is right in front of the apartment. The property is very new, cleaned, comfortable, quiet and safe. Wifi and air-conditioned work well. The best thing is that the washing machine is easy to operate.

Great locality for those who only go through Aksaray and don't plan to stay in the city. We went from Urfa to Istanbul and the hotel was directly on our way. Big place for parking. Great communication, friendly staff, clean rooms, spacious elevator.

I only stayed one night wish I'd have stayed longer to enjoy more of the facilities. The staff at grand altuntaş were very polite and helpful, my room was very big for one person and they provided everything (toiletries, tea, coffee, water etc) in the room. I had some lovely views of Aksaray and breakfast was a wide range of things to choose from. Would definitely stay again
