Everything about the hotel was great. All staff were super friendly and kind and willing to help me. Also, the room condition was perfectly clean and it has a heavenly bed. My kids loved the bunk bed. Also, the spa was amazing. They provided turkish baths in the most reasonable price. In Istanbul, it is impossible to get the Turkish bath in the price. One more thing. The breakfast was served with the most fresh and good ingredients during my 20 days - stay in Turkey. My family miss this hotel!

Lugal Hotel is the only place where I consistently feel safe, comfortable, and truly at peace. Thanks to all your staff, I genuinely feel as if I’m in my own home. This time, after my three surgeries, I chose to stay with you again to rest and recover. I sincerely appreciated the housekeeping team’s attention to cleanliness, Ms. Sinem’s kind assistance during breakfast and dinner, and the constant care shown by the rest of the staff in checking whether I needed anything. I would also like to thank Mr. Mehmet at the entrance for helping with my luggage and always asking if I need anything whenever I depart, as well as the lady in security for her warm smile. The only thing that fell short of my expectations was the honeycomb at breakfast; everything else was perfect. Thank you for everything — I look forward to seeing you again very soon.
