excellent location and the excellent attitude of the staff, especially the girl at the reception, who provided us with a booking for a boat trip to Akdemar Island (unfortunately I forgot to ask her name to note her personally). Perfect food and excellent cleanliness and hygiene! All this made our stay perfect! I recommend visiting, you will not be disappointed!

I recently stayed at *Elite World Hotel in Van*, and I had a fantastic experience. The *location* is perfect – right in the city center, close to shops, restaurants, and key attractions. The *staff* were extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was one of the highlights – fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The atmosphere was calm and elegant, making it easy to relax and enjoy the stay.

Nice big rooms, quiet at night. We found lots of restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel. Parking is easy, in a garage just around the corner. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good spread for breakfast.

The Karaca Hotel is newly built and exceptionally clean, with an excellent breakfast and very respectful and friendly staff. I had a wonderful stay and will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.

Biz burada 9 gün konakladık ve kendi deneyimimize dayanarak bu oteli kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Gerçekten insanın kendini evinde gibi hissettiği sıcak ve samimi bir ortamı var.

I took a big risk and chose this place for our family reunion and I was positively surprised how well everything went. Not only we will go there again next time, we will also recommend others to go there. We booked four rooms and all were close to each other. Each suit has its own bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a separate living/dining room where there is a bed aofa that can accommodate two more people. Although we didn't have more than two people in each suit but I can well imagine that it is possible to have four adults (perhaps to share the costs or etc.) Each room comes with a large fridge with a freezer compartment, sink, cabinets and tea maker. In each bathroom there is also a functional washmachine. WiFi coverage in all rooms is great. They serve breakfast in the room with freshly baked bread, cheese, olives, jam, egg and yogurt which is more than enough and much better than buffet style. Location gets 10 out of 10 as you are in the heart of the city still away from main street's noise This rating is based on our overall experience and the price vs quality. Of course, we do not expect a five-star hotel service and experience here when it costs a fraction of the price compared to a 5-star hotel

The hotel staff were wonderful—kind, polite, and always helpful. In particular, Nastaran stood out as an exceptional receptionist. She was not only extremely polite but also consistently attentive and eager to help with anything I needed. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly enhanced my experience.

A nice, decent hotel downtown. The breakfast is a highlight, make sure you book a room with breakfast. Great variety and wonderful view from top floor.
