Everything was perfect. I arrived early morning and I have early check in without any fee. I also got upgraded room without fee. Staff was very very kind and helpful. While I waited for the room they offered me coffee and cake and also tea. Being in The Conforium Hotel was such wonderful experience

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I don't remember all the names, nevertheless, the reception lady, Tuba, and the staff, Turgut bey were kind and great. They gave us excellent advice on where to eat and shop.

A beautiful hotel with a warm and welcoming vibe in the heart of Van. The staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Thank you for the great hospitality and beautiful memories. If you plan to visit the beautiful Kurdish city of Van, I strongly recommend staying here.

The hotel staff were wonderful—kind, polite, and always helpful. In particular, Nastaran stood out as an exceptional receptionist. She was not only extremely polite but also consistently attentive and eager to help with anything I needed. Her professionalism and warm demeanor truly enhanced my experience.
