The staff was super friendly and nice. It was extremely clean, also the spa. Except bread, food was good. The services were fast and good. Shuttle service was good. Location is good as well.

Great staff, you can ask them anything and they will help you. The hotel is close to one of the Gondolas and you can ask them how to reach the others with a shuttle. The food was delicious!

The service and the location are exceptional , thanks to our guest relations lady Akmaral arranged everything for us from ski equipments , shuttles to ski to room services …… the hotel includes ski passes and half board , variety of food and taste are great ! We will definitely come back for another ski vacation in DAS 3917 again !!

Whole facility was wonderful. Food was amazing. I can confidently say that the kids club was the best that I’ve ever seen. Spa and rooms were wonderful as well.
