I usually don't write reviews on Booking.com. But I really couldn't ignore and pass on this hotel without writing good things. The location is in the middle of the Turkish north, which is accessible to everywhere. The view from the hotel is amazing. The staff was very nice, especially Mohammed. And the owner of the hotel hader was very cordial and made the guests feel like they were his family.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect and made it very convenient for exploring the area. The check-in process was exceptionally smooth thanks to Mr. Qadwe, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He kindly upgraded us to a one-bedroom apartment and was always available to assist whenever we needed help. His professionalism, friendliness, and dedication deserve special recognition — truly 10 out of 10. The breakfast was very satisfying and offered an authentic Turkish breakfast experience that my family and I thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant staff were also very kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well looked after. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
