Hotels with Parking in Pinghe

So cozy, clean and comfortable. The owner is so nice and even lent me a bike to use

This was a super comfortable stay. As someone who has lived in Hualien, I understand how humid it is. I appreciate that the room was equipped with a dehumidifier.

You ask what I thought of breakfast but breakfast is not served here, so didn´t expect one. The place is good for bird-watching. We didn´t have much contact with staff as we don´t speak Chinese. We simply left our key as there was no-one there when we checked out.

A really comfortable space in a tranquil setting, convenient location. Excellent hosts who provided useful local knowledge and helped with travel logistics. Free bike loan was really great too.

- nice room and modern bathroom - beautiful view - nice and helpful stuff - good breakfast

Very clean and comfortable room with everything you could need.

Free shuttle from & to Hualien Station(advance reservation necessary). Hotel is very wide (lobby to guestrooms, free shuttle available) and with variety of facillities (some cost extra charge), personally times would be a little bit tight for only one night stay even if before check-in & after check-out facilities are still available for use. Rooms are all with balcony (garden & river view), very wide, with everything more than enough. Poolside is fantastic in both day & night time, lifeguards are there who are all polite and friendly. Still, there are pools with warm water (around 40 degrees), not any problems in winter season. Canal's cruising boat takes guests to see through the hotel (go around), boatmans (some are female) would like to give guests a guide patiently through the whole cruise. And also, around 22:00, they run the final boat (not allowed on board) with music speaker, saying good night to everybody. Restaurant is small a bit considering they have such huge amount of guestrooms, it results in that dinner time being seperated into two parts...might be a little bit shameful as they offered many kinds of cuisines, hopefully longer time for dinner would be suggested. But even if we did it over time, staff in the restaurant were all nice and did not push us in a hurry at all. Breakfast time until 12:00 which is quite an excellent service as guests are able to spend the leisure time until around 11:00 (final check-out time), then go for breakfast after check-out. We planned to do this originally but could hardly hire a shuttle to lobby for doing check-out first (around 11:00 is a rush hour for check-out, cars are not enough at all) . However they let us to keep our luggages and room key, go enjoy our late morning time first, back at around 12:15, then they offered a shuttle, gave us a ride to lobby for check-out. Well they do have flexibilities no matter how their policy defines, unfoegettable customer services.

The location is excellent, near railway station and night market is just behind the building. There are two convenience stores and one supermarket nearby. There is lift in the building.

It was a great location for us close to shops. Fruit platter on arrival was a nice touch, friendly owners.

This hotel had really friendly and efficient staff. The owners answered my questions and helped me with anything I could need. The room was big and clean and there was ample parking. The hotel is near Zhixue but despite being at walking distance, it is located in a calm quiet location. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location across from the train station and with food nearby is fine. The room was acceptable.

The host was very hospitable, chatty and helpful with any questions I had.

Very friendly owners, clean room, comfy beds, relaxing quiet place, good breakfast!!

Nice environment, the rooms were clean and spacious.

The entire hotel staff made sure that we felt completely at ease. A big compliment to all of them. We would love to come back.

Stuart Villa is the most perfect place for a relaxing break with friends! The staff were so friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to take us on short trips to nearby shops and restaurants and sharing Taiwanese treats with us by the pool every night of our stay. The room was really comfy and the pool and surrounds were so beautiful, it truly felt like paradise. The complimentary buffet breakfast had so much variety and was really yum too! We will be back :))
