Great stay..nice breakfast friendly staff and very comfortable bed

Location is great. It's a short 15 minute drive to the expo center, plenty of options for eating in the surrounding area.

Staff were great, joking around and friendly

The staff was very professional. Both breakfasts were restaurant quality and we enjoyed the experience. This was the best hotel breakfast experience we have had in years. We appreciate the survey so we can rave about the food!

Great place to stay for a stopover whilst travelling, we had bad weather so stayed in, so didn't get to see the local area. Breakfast had a good range to choose from, including waffle making machine.

We loved staying at Comfort Inn. A room is super clean and a lady, who is taking care of dining room, is like a mother, always checking, if guests have everything they need.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My daughter and I stayed at Tru Hilton Shepherdsville Louisville from August 7th to August 10th, 2025, during our very first holiday in America 🇺🇸 and everything was simply perfect! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile, which truly made a difference in our stay. The breakfast was excellent fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of options to start our mornings just right. My daughter especially loved the choices, and it gave us the perfect start to our days. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and the gym. Both were clean, modern, and well maintained a real highlight after our long days exploring. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. It was comfortable, spotless, and the atmosphere was bright and welcoming. This stay gave us beautiful memories of our first trip to America, and we are so grateful to the entire team for making it special. We will definitely return the next time we are in Louisville!

Check-in was easy, staff was kind, beds were comfortable, and rooms were clean.

This was a good spot for us to stay to allow as a base and travel through the Bourbon Trail. Lots of options for food around the hotel as well as walgreens.

Hotel. Under construction alot of sand. No clocks no ice machines. Very disappointed.

The breakfast was great and the staff was really nice. It was nice and close to the highway for a quick stopover for the night on our road trip. Close to gas station and restaurants.
