The staff were all very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The location is beautiful. Right by the water. The entire area is pristine- so well kept. The whole experience was wonderful. We are looking forward to coming up with excuses to go back. : )

The location was great! We took the airport train, which has a stop only a few blocks away from Roost. Made it super simple. I also love that the desk was manned 24 hours / day, so we could drop our luggage before check-in. It had the feeling of an AirBnB, with the benefits of a hotel stay.

I liked the check-in, the cleanliness of the entire hotel and the location close to sporting events. It's not in the heart of the city but on the outskirts close to the professional sports complex. The entire area looks like its all been built fairly recently and it appears to be very safe. The front desk clerk was very pleasant and made good recommendations on parking and how to get to the sports complex.
