United StatesStaff helpful. Nicely decorated, felt like you were back in time, though updated. Nice respite. Located 1-2 streets off Main Street. Bike riding very close by through neighborhoods and a bike trail close by without pedestrians. Plenty of restaurants around. Baked cookies at check-in counter, hot coffee around the corner all day. Games, chess, DVD's and books in living room area. 2 clean hot tubs (indoor and 1 outdoor). Roomy bathrooms though you cannot see them on the website pictures. Well kept destination, attention to every detail.

United StatesBooking.com policies had me charged twice for my room . I ordered the room through priceline.com and booking.com both took my money and never paid it to the vendor. They want proof of my spending the money the banks remain closed, and I will find some time probably the week after next but I’m furious at $910 of mine is still being held bybooking.com and I paid for the hotel in full from my credit card. I will return to the hotel, which was lovely, but never ever ever again use booking.com or any other group that uses their services until or less my money is repaid immediately.

We loved the location of this immaculate, convenient studio! We could walk to restaurants and shops in minutes, but loved having some meals in the small, but very organized kitchen. The king size bed was very nice. We were there during a time that was unusually warm for the area, but we were comfortable with the use of the provided fan. It was great to have a parking spot inside the garage.

The outside made me think I had made a mistake booking this hotel, but the inside was pleasantly inviting, rustic looking, and surprisingly nice. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and fresh, and the overall atmosphere was charming. I could lay on the bed and see the mountains. However, if I stood at the window, I could see the parking lot and dumpster. But I think all the hotels around us could say the same thing.

The showers had plenty of hot water and water pressure. The location is good for skiing. Check in process was easy. The family room with a separate room with a door for privacy was appreciated. Parking lot seemed secure.

The staff was very welcoming. The facility is clean and bed comfortable. The location is wonderful and within walking distance to all things on Main Street Frisco; parking lot out back for $15.00 per night. Breakfast snack bars and coffee available all day long and a 4-6:00 happy hour offering a good selection of beers. Located next door to Uptown and across the street from Grecco's restaurants. Great location for walking Main Street.
