The Waterfornt Inn is set in a beautiful location by the sea and is close to Cafe's and Restaurants.

Lovely hotel, rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Also has a lovely little bar and games room next door! Gig harbour is really nice

1.Nearby Gig harbour. 2.Good breakfast.

I REALLY wanted to LOVE my experience at this ADORABLE motel. We were traveling for a job, not sure how long it would take us. I booked 5 days through Priceline, at the not-so-great price of $98 PLUS tax per night.AT least we had five decent nights. Upon getting to our room (114), pleasantly surprised with how nicely they had renovated the room: it was simple and modern, had a great little breakfast nook, very roomy. There was a large, 55" smart TV. Two comfortable beds with modern, cute bedspreads and incredibly soft, cushy pillows, in matching, soft shams. Larger mini fridge with separate, roomy fridge/freezer. microwave was newer. besides the little panel on the side of the desk, there were like, ZERO outlets, which was pretty stressful. The day after we arrived, I told the owner that we would likely be adding time to our reservation, but didn't know how much yet. He assured me, no worries, he would hold the room for at least 2 days past our reservation date. So the night before we were set to check out, I inquired about the price of adding a "weekly special" rate as advertised. The front desk girl said she knew it was $640/week for the nice room we were in, and I told her I'd be interested in moving to a single queen if the price was lower, for sure. She said she had to find out from the owner on the price, for the smaller room, and again, assured me we WOULD NOT have to move rooms the next day, as she saw the owner had reserved the room we were in for us. Well, at 11am the next morning, after we had worked a late night, the Owner calls us in the room and tells us its check out time. When I reminded him of their promise, he just was like, "well, I don't have housekeeper here tomorrow, and I need her to clean the room today." YEAH RIGHT. on a SATURDAY, he has no housekeeper. I should have refused. He WOKE us up, Do not Disturb on the door, and told us to be ready to move rooms in an HOUR.

We liked everything. Great view of the river from room. Rooftop pool very nice and relaxing. All facilities top notch. Perfect location and restaurants in and around the hotel. Valet parking and staff provided excellent service.

The room was nice and big and the location was excellent with a nice view of the bay. Watching the sunrise was nice. The hotel is in a convenient location right next to the road, perfect for a road trip.

We only stayed one night at the Red Lion, but we were very impressed. Our room was sparkling clean, very large, very comfortable and it we had a great sleep as it was so quiet. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful, and the 24 hour coffee was very appreciated. And the price could not be beat!

Beautiful place with a nice spa area indoors (one jaccuzzi). The room had basic necessities and was fresh and nice. This place is close to one of the Olympic NP entrances (around 30min beautiful drive) where you can walk the Staircase trail. Friendly staff and good vibe.

Accommodations were apartment-like, rather than just a bedroom/bathroom. You can make and eat your meals in the kitchenette. Fully equipped with pans, plates, cups, glasses and utensils. Located in a very beautiful area with much to do. View of Mount Rainier from one of the windows. The entrance is private and we never had to bother the hosts. Only met the host coincidentally as we were departing the property and she was out in the backyard with the dogs. There was no "meet and greet." Not an issue as that can be a positive depending on what one is looking for in an accommodation.
