Location price always clean rooms the shower and water pressure was outstanding

Lovely hotel. Only thing for me is that the air con is so loud and even if you turn it off, it stays on. Receptionist wasn't able to help me so I just put up with it for my stay. Made it hard to sleep.

Was great value for money it’s looking little old and will need updating before to long but was still very comfortable & clean and staff were all very welcoming & very friendly & helpful

The rooms are spacious and clean the bed was super comfortable lots of places to eat within walking distance A shop on site for those little emergencies and a nice indoor pool Staff friendly called a taxi for me as phone was running low on power

The person at the front desk I believe his name was AJ was absolutely phenomenal. I did not request a preference and he moved my room to the third floor to accommodate my last minute request. Nancy who runs the breakfast is absolutely phenomenal we've been coming there for years she is Pleasant the breakfast area is perfect all the time she keeps that place as neat as a pin and she's been doing it for years. She runs the best breakfast service I have ever seen and we travel all over!

Modern. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Location for Kings Island Amusement Park. Just off I-71. Safe area.
