The owner was on-site and honored our request for 1st floor. The location was fantastic, and perfect for someone traveling with a pet. We made another reservation before departing!

Close to FDR state park and mountain scenery. No breakfast so can’t comment on that. Beautiful mountain top view from balcony and room. Large lodge style room. Comfortable beds. Plenty of coffee filters. Fireplace.

It was such a lovely place to stay. Like an English cottage: privately, incredibly comfortable, magical, decorated with love. We pretty much enjoyed our stay at Holly House. Judy and her husband were such an hospitable couple.

It was fine for the situation. Nothing fancy, no breakfast, just basic. We just needed a place to overnight and visit The Little White House before travelling on to our ultimate destination in Georgia. That's all we wanted, and that's what we got for a good price. It was fine.
