The hotel was too dirty, the room was full of crickets and animals, the curtains did not close well, all the light from the parking lot came in, the truth was a terrible service, this time is the second time I stay there and I didn’t like it

Booked 2 king beds, showed proof and was told no not available and given 2 double beds. Walked past about 5 open door rooms that were infact king beds. The time we stayed there they did not get used or booked… would not refund the difference of price. Did not want to help or really care either.
