What to say, an amazing owner. There are those types of accommodation that are popular now in the western Europe, where you never see the owner, just type the code and get in. But if all owners where like Elsevar and his cat Samson, I'd never wish to miss the opportunity to meet them. He showed us the true Uzbek hospitality, invited us for a beer and chat. He is very deep, knowledgeable and interesting man. By far the best accommodation experience in 10 nights of Uzbekistan. Thank you so much for this experience and please say hi if you ever happen to visit Croatia! ..best regards, Mislav and Gabi 👋

Our family came to Fergana for a tennis tournament and stayed at this hotel for several nights. We had a great experience. The hotel has an excellent location, very close to the sports courts. What really stood out was the quality of the service and the kindness of the people. The breakfast was excellent, honestly, better than in many European and US hotels we have stayed at! :) There are also several good local plov and kebab restaurants near the hotel, which makes the location even more convenient. The hotel offers access to a nearby swimming pool and sauna for an additional charge, and it is definitely worth it. A special thank you to the reception team and Shavkat, Temur, and Abdulajon l, who were extremely supportive, professional, and welcoming throughout our stay. I truly recommend this hotel and Fergana region in general. We really enjoyed our stay

The room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with little touches like bedside lamps, plugs near the bed, and coffee and tea in the room that made our stay even more enjoyable. The modern bathroom was a highlight as well. We especially loved having a large window in our room, offering plenty of natural light. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and spoke excellent English. The hotel is situated on a street that’s perfect for a leisurely stroll. While it’s about a 20-minute walk to the city center, the entire walk was pleasant and scenic.

This hotel has very spacious rooms with modern amenities and good-quality furniture. Everything you need is provided. The location is very convenient, with the central bazaar nearby.

Very clean, comfortable hotel - spacious room, good beds, good internet connection and great breakfast, specially coffee, fruit selection and bread choices.

Incredible staff! Everyone was super friendly and helpful with anything and everything we needed. There was a slight issue with our first room and they immediately switched us to another room. They helped suggest great places to eat and were generally happy and friendly — which was not the norm for our Uzbek trip. We stayed at the Intercontinental tashkent and the staff here was on par with the staff there. Super happy with this place and the highly trained staff we interacted with from the reception to restaurant.

Good and super apartment. Very cleaned flat.

Clean and within walking distance to downtown - restaurants, parks and the bazaar. The staff is top notch and always ready to help.

Had an incredible stay in Fergana, thanks to Mr. Ravshan, the most welcoming host! From the moment I arrived, he made me feel right at home. The place is fantastic—the kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new appliances, including a superb coffee machine that made my mornings delightful. The cleanliness was impeccable, with fresh towels and comfortable beds, ensuring a restful stay. The location is unbeatable, right next to a lovely park, which added to the peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Fergana!

The apartment well equipped, there were literally everything you need for comfort stay and cooking. It was warm and had additional heaters. Easy reached on foot supermarkets. About 20 min on foot to city-centre. The host was very nice and caring, our plane was late and Liana was waiting for us to show everything and give the key. The neighbourhood is quiet. Highly recommend to stay here.

The room is perfect with a twin bed, desk, AC, and they brought a hot water maker for tea/coffee. Clean, compact and new.

Super clean and tidy. Especially the staff is very polite and helpful.

The place was clean and easy to get to . The host was a nice and very helpful gentleman. He was available to answer any question and to try to help in every which we he can. I take this opportunity to thank him again.

The apartment is clean, cozy, and fresh.
