We had a wonderful experience at Cock & Bull, largely because of the exceptional service from the manager, Jamie. She was highly responsive from the start, gave clear and reassuring instructions on what to expect, what was expected of us, and how to check in. When we had requests, she was incredibly accommodating and truly went out of her way to help us in a big way. My family and I are deeply grateful for her kindness and professionalism. Everything! I always love going to Magalies Park.

Breakfast was tasty. Even though one doesn't really have a choice because the menu is standard for everyone. The stuff was very friendly, helpful and the owner very welcoming.

Everything was perfect, the view, the animals, the next door hiking trail, the rather curious emu who liked my bike a bit too much :) Staff are super kind and willing to accomodate. P.S. I got engaged here and i could not have chosen a more fitting holiday retreat...

We had such a lovely and peaceful stay. The chalet is beautifully situated in the bush, making it the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The atmosphere was so peaceful and the bush views were absolutely beautiful. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more special. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay! ❤️

The accommodation was very good and very clean

Communication was very good and the owner was very friendly on the phone attending to our calls all the time,the house keeper also was very friendly and helpful..but I hope in the future they should do something about the main remote gate,cos it's so uncomfortable to always disturb the owner to open and close all the time. But overall it's 10/10 minus nothing 😜🥰🙏

Vallance Estate is very beautiful, and I can definitely recommend it. The Hostess made us feel welcome and she really went the extra mile to ensure that our stay was comfortable. Thank you Sharlene, I will definitely book again in the near future.

It is super safe and well kitted out and we loved the patio for our evening braai and drinks. We had a wonderful get away and just loved the surrounding countryside, there is so much to do and see. Thank you Deidre for being such a gracious lovely host. ❤️

The house was beautiful and clean. The environment is beautiful and therapeutic. The place was close to all the places we wanted to visit 😃. The place was safe as well
