It was truly refreshing to stay at a hotel that lived up to its expectations. This is easily one of the finest luxury hotels I have stayed at in Madinah. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. The room was spacious and very comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were of a high standard. The hotel is also conveniently located close to the Haram, albeit on the last lane, which is still only a short and comfortable walk away.

I liked every thing about it the location the service especially in the reception Sultan and Mohammed they were kind and helpful and fast it didn't take me any bit of time to check in and out, and the room was clean and comfy it has all it's aspects.

One of the best hotel I've ever stayed so far! You feel the ambience from the moment you enter the hotel, with very nice flourish air/perfume, bright entrance, very welcoming hotel stuff. Huge guest rooms, with all facilities in starting from coffee, tea, premium water, fruits. Everyone and all is welcoming in this hotel, even the washrooms ) Breakfast was amazing, with lots and lots and lots of varieties. Hotel location just in the middle of everything - shopping, restaurants. Will highly recommend and definitely will stay there again when in Riyadh

Rixos Abu Dhabi is a big, luxurious hotel right by the beach, offering full facilities to ensure a comfortable stay. The restaurants are excellent, the swimming pool is spacious and inviting, and the overall vibe is perfect for relaxation. Our room was well-equipped with high-quality amenities, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful view. We were also provided with an extra bed, making it ideal for our family of four. Rixos Abu Dhabi truly exceeded our expectations! The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide variety of fruits and fresh bakery items to choose from. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. We visited during Christmas and were delighted to find candy canes included in the room amenities. When we asked for an extra one at the breakfast line for our kids, the staff went out of their way to coordinate and provide another. We really appreciated this thoughtful gesture! Overall, it was a memorable stay filled with small, meaningful touches. Highly recommended, and we look forward to visiting again! The stay was definitely worth the money, and we left with wonderful memories. We can’t wait to come back again!
