We had a wonderful stay at El Manantial del Silencio. The facilities are excellent and very well maintained, and the food is truly delicious. Everything feels carefully designed to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Although there is a road relatively nearby, the overall environment remains very peaceful and perfectly suited for rest and relaxation. The setting is beautiful and serene. One of the highlights is the heated swimming pool, which is simply fantastic. The water is kept at around 33°C, making it incredibly pleasant and relaxing, especially after a day of exploring the area. Overall, it’s a lovely place to unwind, with great comfort, good food, and a tranquil atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Nice garden with friendly lamas. The electric heater in our room was not powerful enough for subzero temperatures at nights, but the potbelly stove worked fine. A few minutes walk to Market Square, where you can buy warm clothes if you travel unprepared for Argentinian winter. The price is however not negotiable.

With hill views from every room, this spa resort offers a panoramic hot tub and a swimming pool just 19 km off San Salvador de Jujuy. There are gym facilities. Wi-Fi and private parking are free.

It was an exceptional stay in all possible ways. We had a suite overlooking the river gorge and the view was truly majestic. The thermal waters felt so healing and refreshing after all the traveling. The staff was extremely attentive and helpful, we felt it was a great value for the money.

Absolutely everything was beautiful. The property and room was a calm oasis from the lovely bustling town of Tilcara. The staff were warm, friendly and knowledgable about the town and surrounding Jujuy area. The option to store your food in the fridge and make hot drinks and sandwiches for a day trip in the small but perfectly equipped side kitchen was an added bonus. The breakfast was beautifully presented and of very high quality. The property itself is decorated in such a lovely way, using natural materials and with incredible attention to detail. We wish we could have stayed longer and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Tilcara.
