March 2025. I give the Hyatt a full five stars. My stay was perfect. I enjoyed the food the most. Both the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Having stayed at the hotel several times, I had the impression that the quality had improved. The minor issue that the restaurant staff is poorly trained and speaks very little English doesn't change my rating.

Could not recommend this place enough, the host was the cutest, the place itself was spotlessly clean, atmosphere was amazing, our room was spacious, bed was comfy, the jacuzzi was also great (i've stayed at places with a jacuzzi before but it's never looked clean enough for me to go in, here we tried it and it was quite nice!), there was a sitting area on the 2nd floor which was very nice, there was water, coffee, tea, chocolates included, which was super great. The outside garden is also very, very nice - we visited in November so it was a bit colder to sit outside but we cannot wait to go back during the summer!

An absolute gem in the heart of Samokov! Typical revival which is renovated, very charming and calm. The host is friendly and it was absolutely comfy. In spite of the cold, you get hot water instantly. The room was bright and quiet, it was the best night in Bulgaria so far.
