We had to leave on the ferry which leaves at about 7:00 A.M. on Sunday, before breakfast which, possibly, could be ordered to go. The venue was quite close to the ferry, and we easily walked to it. The sun comes up at St. Eustatius early enough so we could walk in semi-daylight. This single, two-story venue is very nicely built and furnished with a kitchen. It is associated with another regular hotel, the Gin House, which is next door. The "Barrel House" is built into a nice seaside restaurant with which it shares windows.

They offer three course dinners some nights by reservation that are exquisite fine dining experiences and are not to be missed!

The location is really great to visit the museum, fort or even hike the Quill trail.
