The room was BEAUTIFUL with such nice decor; it felt so homey. There was a binder filled with pages of restaurants, sightseeing, and activities. Belize City isn’t the main spot for your Belize trip so we only stayed for one night before our flight home, but our host provided us with so much to do. Also bikes to rent at the property. Such a nice stay.

Located in San Pedro, 1.4 km from downtown and located on the beautiful Boca del Rio Beachfront, Hotel Del Rio provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a terrace. The location was perfect. In a quiet spot. Away from a lot of the noise of downtown. The rooms were really comfortable and well appointed. The cafe in the hotel grounds did great breakfast and proper coffee. The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. They provided me with tips of things to do in San Pedro and actually things to do in Belize. I left some clothes in my hotel and the hotel went to a lot of trouble to ferry it to Caye Caulker where I was staying.

Not far from center but much quieter. Apartment was perfectly furnished and functioning and hosts super helpful.
