Great location, right in between both train stations, close to food and restaurants was quite clean, kitchen area was very well equipped and great common area. Breakfast in the morning was good as well and staff were very helpful.

Centrally-located modern hotel lined with yellow balconies, opposite the Interlaken West Train Station with links to the Jungfrau Ski Area. An amazing experience! The location is perfect, just across from Interlaken West train station. Our room had a balcony with stunning views of the mountains. The staff is wonderful—friendly, multilingual, and very accommodating. Breakfast is included and delicious. Plus, there's 24/7 access to coffee, tea, and fresh water from a machine at the reception. There's nothing to complain about; it was a fantastic stay!

Every thing was great,, all kitchen appliances are available and washing &dryer machines , very clean apartment,, easy check in , recommended.

The view is exceptionally beautiful. Eva was very hospitable, generous, and helpful. The room was clean and had everything necessary.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Natalie was very easy to communicate with and quick to reply to any questions. Very close to bus route into Thun and many other towns easily accessible within an hour.
