A very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, very nice and welcoming staff, extremely helpful and friendly. The absolute highlight, however, was the location and the unforgettable view of the lake and the surrounding hills! Simply breathtaking, and I will definitely come back, whether alone or with friends. It was a fantastic stay with a wonderful feeling all around. The reception staff are simply outstanding! Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. We loved our stay at the Hotel Balm. The property is very well maintained and the hosts were welcoming and kind; our room was spacious, clean and so very comfortable. The outdoor swimming pool with an amazing view was a bonus. The bus 24 stops right outside the hotel so there's no stress about reaching the hotel. The breakfast service was quick; and we enjoyed a delicious dinner at the Hotel's restaurant la Pistache. Thanks to Hotel Balm for making our stay memorable.
