Being able to step outside and take in the snowy scenery and nature was truly special. The room and bathroom were clean and well maintained, the staff were accommodating and friendly, and the breakfast was fine. The nearby Bus No. 124 was also very convenient for getting around.

Built in the 1890s, this historic hotel was one of the first hotels in Lauterbrunnen. The family-run Hotel Staubbach offers panoramic views of the Staubbach Falls and Lauterbrunnen Valley. Excellent location! A room with a terrace and a view over the valley and the famous Staubbach Falls. Highly recommended — worth every penny! Very good breakfast. There’s a picnic area indoors where you can enjoy your own food in the afternoon or evening, and even bring your own beer or wine. Adam, a gem at the reception, was exceptionally kind and professional!
