The property was beautifully situated with stunning mountain views and a very peaceful atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly, and the resort was exceptionally well maintained and spotless almost brand new. We loved how spacious the rooms were, especially the separate bunk bed area for the kids. The bathroom was also large, with laundry facilities available, and the sauna area was absolutely amazing.

Staff is very friendly, helpful, and nice, I especially appreciate Federica Pappaletera who is very nice and attentive. The breakfast was served inside the room. I had a very pleasant stay in Hotelino Petit Chalet! I'll definitely come back to this same hotel if I ever come back to Celerina

The location was great, just a few minutes away from the bus stop in the heart of the village. We had a lovely view of the mountains from our room. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was excellent, and the hotel restaurant was also very good.
