A very pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, very nice and welcoming staff, extremely helpful and friendly. The absolute highlight, however, was the location and the unforgettable view of the lake and the surrounding hills! Simply breathtaking, and I will definitely come back, whether alone or with friends. It was a fantastic stay with a wonderful feeling all around. The reception staff are simply outstanding! Only the best!

Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and very clean, with a huge bathroom. The bed was large and extremely comfortable, and the bed linen and towels were spotless and snow-white. The terrace was amazing, with a stunning view of the mountains — truly unforgettable. The breakfast was excellent: delicious, fresh, and varied. The staff were outstanding — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

Located 4 km outside of Lucerne’s town centre, the Felmis offers a restaurant with 2 terraces, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Lake Lucerne is just a 20-minute walk away. Really great place to stay, our stay in Felmis in July 2025. Staff are really nice, breakfast was super. Reserved electric car charging station was really appreciated. I'd definitely go there again.
