We got call from Shilvia before we were due to check in. Unfortunately, the previous visitors had damaged this property so we were unable to stay there. Shilvia had found us something else, slightly away from where the original apartment was, in Horgen (roughly 20 mins drive from Cham). She kindly met us to show us the new apartment, and although our hearts were set on the one we booked. We were still so impressed about the new one, to be honest i think it was because of her we went for it. She was so friendly, accommodating and so apologetic, really lovely person. She really did everything she could to make our stay as lovely as it was. We were lucky to have her arranging everything for us, she is a gem!! thank you again Shilvia. There was on site secure parking, breakfast for all 4 of us, for the inconvenience caused. The apartment was very well maintained, very spacious, had everything we needed, kitchen bathroom all rooms were very modern. The balcony was also lovely, the view was still nice, we enjoyed spending time here. We were within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants and also the lake. Beautiful town!! I would highly recommend, this definitely wouldn't put me off from booking with them again. These things happen but we were so well looked after, i will happily rebook again!

Great team with a very good service.. Bistro in the hotel is amazing. Location couldn't be better. From reception to service team everyone was so helpful and friendly. Even I've stayed in a single room, it was big enough. In total, this hotel is highly recommended!

A great value for money. The self check-in experience and the parking/access to the building were really simple and quick. We also found the room spacious and equipped with all the comforts, as well as kitchen utensils. A real gem found in the heart of Switzerland!

An exceptionally comfortable hotel, I stayed here twice during my time in Zug. The breakfast (next door at Park Hotel) was exceptional, as were all of the staff I encountered. I would stay here again!
