The room was spacious and well equipped. The reception speaks English, through wechat we booked Li river cruise and transport. Massages are directly in the hotel and at a good price, again it was possible to book for wechat. Breakfast on the 5th floor with a view.

I recently spent a few days at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. They were not only attentive and professional but genuinely warm and welcoming, always going the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. Whether it was a quick chat at the reception or helpful advice on local attractions, their friendliness truly stood out. The location of the hotel was another major highlight. Surrounded by breathtaking scenery, it felt like a peaceful oasis away from the hustle and bustle. The lush greenery, nearby hills, and serene atmosphere made for a perfect escape. Plus, the motorbike-friendly surroundings added a great sense of freedom. I was able to explore the area effortlessly by renting a motorbike, which gave me access to stunning spots I might have otherwise missed. Whether you're riding along scenic roads or stopping by local cafes and viewpoints, the area is ideal for adventure lovers. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering all the modern amenities I needed. After a long day of exploring, coming back to such a comfortable room was the perfect way to unwind. The hotel also had great breakfast options, with delicious meals that catered to a variety of tastes. Overall, this was one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. The combination of excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and easy access to adventure made it truly unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a mix of relaxation and excitement. I can't wait to return!

I have to start from words “I don’t have enough words” to explain how amazing was our stay in this lovely place. So, I will try. Manager and owner Kate very nice and kind person. She helped us to make reservations for many attractions. Also she always been in touch with us, provided information about interesting spots, food places, tickets etc. Big bonus - Kate can speak English very well. Kate’s mom had cooked breakfast and lunch for us and it was really amazing, I literally felt in love with simple homemade Chinese food thanks to her 😍 Location is very good. Very quiet at night. And the same time just few steps away from ferry, then a couple of minutes by boat and you are in the middle of hustle and bustle West Street. Guest house itself is very nice, reception is interesting decorated. Washing machine and free detergent are available on the roof top. Free water bottles at the reception. Rooms and bathrooms are big. We had balcony room and the river view was great. So, I definitely can recommend to book this place. You will never regret for sure. Thank you again Kate! The owner and staff are extremely kind and helpful. I booked room for 2 adults, but changed to 3 adults at the location. The staff helped us to make changes without extra charges because there is room available. The owner offered very good Pu'er tea on its beautiful tea table to share with guests. The staff made honest recommendation about restaurants in the village. I am extremely happy with my stay at Serene Vale Inn.

Great communication from the very beginning until our arrival. The rooms are very nice, extremely clean and quiet. All the necessary amenities are there and the bed is comfortable. The location is amazing - right in the center of Xingping Old Town. We would definitely come again.

Lakeside Inn Guilin Central has a garden, shared lounge, a restaurant and bar in Guilin. Comfortable room with a nice view. The host speaks very good English and is really nice and helpful.
