At 1 a.m., we dragged our suitcases to the ancient town. The owner was waiting for us at the entrance of the alley, holding a red lantern; he also prepared warm brown sugar ginger tea to help us ward off the cold. He helped us carry the luggage upstairs and patiently planned our route for the next day’s trip to the snow-capped mountains. This kind of warmth was even more intense than the sunshine in Lijiang.

The Naxi courtyard is warm and tidy, the green plants in the courtyard are super healing, the room is spotless and the bedding is soft and glutinous, the 24-hour hot water is full of water, it is super convenient to visit the ancient city in the midst of the noise, the boss is enthusiastic and does not sell, the cost performance is full, and the living is comfortable and at ease!

Just a 15 minute ride from the Kunming airport and the hotel provides a nice new van for personal pick up and drop off. (By the way - you meet the hotel shuttle van 🚐 just 100 meters left of Arrivals Gate 1 as you walk out of the Kunming Airport). A great value and an extremely well appointed hotel room with very nice touches and great furnishings. Everything felt very new and clean and definitely one of the nicer 4 star hotels in the airport area. Good working AC and very helpful front desk staff - including Joyce who helped me with my WIFI. Breakfast is high quality but is mostly Chinese style (which I like) with Rice noodles 🍜 and a few hot Chinese dishes. Hotel 🏨 is in a little shopping area (with a bunch of other similar airport hotels) that have some tea shops and local restaurants. Great choice for a layover at the Kunming airport.

They were extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was well designed, super clean, luxurious, and comforting. I was able to get breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the hotel restaurants, I plan to stay there again..A perfect hotel to stay in.

쿤밍 중심부 내 매력적인 장소에 자리한 Moon and Chalice Boutique Hotel에서 머물러 보세요. 숙소는 둥펑 광장 지하철역에서 12분 거리, Golden Horse and Jade Rooster에서 1.5km 거리에 있습니다. Fantastic location, lovely room and staff were great. Arranged pick up and drop off from the train station which made life so easy.
