When checking in it was a misunderstanding (regarding my residence), and I was charged taxes as if I lived in Colombia what is not not the case. The hotel made all efforts to correct the situation, and the extra amont of money was returned very fast. it is really a great option for Medellin, and no doubts I will stay in the hotel next time in Medellin,
