I originally stayed here as a stop over town to break up my travels. But ended up staying a little longer because I enjoyed it so much.

The commercial district is 40 minutes away by car. Best place to stay ever. I've stayed at quite a few hotels in the area, and this one is by very very far the absolute best. Amazing place. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the hot springs.

The whole community is very welcoming and friendly, the food is delicious and healthy, they do beautiful artesania, work with ayahuasca, san pedro and have incredible knowledge about medicinal plants. They share their traditions, dance, guyausa, tobacco and they work hard to preserve their culture. They do reforestation and care about the nature. The accommodation is nice and clean and there is even lake where you can swim. It is a place to disconnect from the world, connect with the nature and discover Kichwa culture. Definitely recommended. For me it is a place that deserves 100 stars!
