There are pools right outside your room open all the time. The staff is extremely attentive. Services at the spa are well worth it. On this visit due to a mechanical the morning flight never left Cuenca so I arrived after reception should have been closed. I had called ahead and was told the guard would have my key but in fact reception remained open waiting for me to arrive.

Great location next to the river and only a few minutes walk from town, there was also a lovely brand new swimming pool and we found the room very clean and comfortable. Facilities were good: parking, wifi, shared kitchen, and lockers. Anna was also able to organise a day tour along the river with Carlos at Runawa Tours which was a real highlight.
