Breakfast was great and there were a lot of travellers from all over who were very friendly and easy to talk to. The bed was really comfy and allowed us to get a great night's sleep to enjoy our time in Riobamba.

Located in Riobamba, 14 km from San Andrés, Casa de Mármol provides a shared lounge and free WiFi. The shower was hot and the sheets were the most comfortable and luxurious sheets I've ever slept on! Irma is an absolute fairy godmother who anticipates your needs before you have them, and she made our stay in Riobamba wonderful.

Located on the foothill of Chimborazo Volcano, Chimborazo Lodge offers rooms with heating in Chimborazo Natural reserve. There is a restaurant, and free parking is provided. Riobamba is 36 km away. What an amazing experience! We loved every minute of our stay at Chimborazo. The lodge is unbelievable - it’s been build with so much thought and care. You could lose yourself in the amazing climbing memorabilia for weeks. It’s just stunning. And we loved sitting by the fire just relaxing and meeting other guests. And our room with the view of the mountain was sensational. The food was great - and we enjoyed the whole dining experience. The location was breathtaking. To be in such a remote location and to have access to Chimborazo was a wonderful experience and one we really appreciated. And to be so close to alpacas as was also a treat. So it was an incredible experience all round - made even better by the wonderful team of people working there. They were all sensational.
