I spent one night at this lodge before starting the Quilotoa Loop and I absolutely loved it. It feels just like home — the welcome was so warm and friendly. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious and very generous. The view is stunning, and you can enjoy it from your bed, the dining area, and all around the outdoor spaces. I highly recommend this place, especially for the kindness of the people.

This was easily one of our favorite stays on the loop! A lot of the popular places feel pretty commercialised, so it was refreshing to go off the beaten path and find this absolute gem. The sweetest lady welcomed us, she was warm, helpful, and really took care of us. The rooms were super comfortable, and both breakfast and lunch were included (we even got to pick the time!). Lunch packets were available for just $3, which was perfect for hiking days. Bonus points for the cozy common room with lots of games and even a fireplace. Highly recommend!

We stayed three days at the hostel and we are very satisfied with the stay. The owner and the staff are attentive and helpful, and responded to our inquiries swiftly. We find it convenient that the hostel provides various activities and we are very satisfied with the ones we have attended(e.g. visit Cotopaxi). The accommodation is pleasant and functional and the food is good. We like particucally the fireplace in the restaurant.

Great place to stay! I loved the living room and the fireplace. The gardens around the place are also super relaxing. The owner is super kind and very welcoming. The food was tasty, and a very nice lunch package was provided for a reasonable price.

This property is absolutely beautiful and so are the rooms. We stayed in a dorm and were fortunate to have it all to ourselves. There were many peoples there that night and we were spread out. There are 3 gorgeous llamas as well that you can try to get a photo with. The hostal is family run and they are so incredibly nice and hospitable. There are no restaurants in town and we got in early and were hungry, they helped us by making us a sandwich to hold us over to dinner. The bed was comfortable. The shower was warm. Everything was so clean. The dinner was so incredibly delicious as well with generous portions and dessert as well. There was a wonderful tea as well. The hammocks were wonderful for relaxing in. I can go on and on. Our stay here was wonderful and we will happily return in the future. And the hosts were very happy to give details about the different trails and recommendations as well.
