I was only here for a night (owing to difficulty finding a room in Tallinn) but I would happily have stayed for longer. Breakfast included at the pleasant cafe downstairs, though I only had time for a quick coffee (which was nonetheless lovely).

Located on the ground floor of a nice new building (a smaller office building maybe?). Tastefully furnished, spacious enough for a family of 4. We really liked it. The road in front of the building is closed for renovation, but no work is being done, so we haven't been disturbed by any traffic. The final phase of construction is happening behind the building, but it wasn't noisy either. Rakvere Castle is a 6-7 min walk from the apartman.
