Flat is very clean and modern, I was travelling with family of 4 people hence booked 75sq m flat, it was enough space for us. Property has its own parking and located just in front of the lake and next to the beach. Check in and check out went smoothly, flat is well equipped, we have enjoyed our stay.

Really nice hotel just next to Tehvandi ski stadium. Very nice and polite staff. There are parking spots for cars, big room, comfortable beds, decent breakfast. We travelled with kids and also booking an extra bed went really smoothly and as room was big, then it fit nicely to the room. Really great value for money. Otepää is also a really nice area to visit + it is just half an hour drive away from Tartu.
