We stayed here during our honeymoon, and it was an absolutely perfect experience. The staff truly made our stay special. When the wonderful woman at the reception found out we were on our honeymoon, she arranged a lovely wedding cake and a room upgrade for us, which was such a kind and thoughtful surprise. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with great recommendations for places to eat in the area. The hotel itself is in a great, central location in a safe and secure part of Cairo. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, offering a huge variety of delicious options, and the staff were very attentive, constantly refilling our water, tea, and coffee. We also enjoyed the small pool, which was a nice place to relax and never felt overcrowded. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and have absolutely nothing to complain about. Highly recommended

This hotel was very good the room was very clean and it was very big room it was one of the best days of my life i went to the pyramids with the driver he was very kind and mr ramadan helped me alot and he gave me the toure with very cheap price also he helped me in finding places to go shoping also all the stuff was so good shima ahmad and the breakfast was so good also it was an egyption breakfast it was so nice in the end thanks for all the people in this hotel it was a very good experience
