The terrace was lovely and spacious. The rooftop pool area was lovely. The area is quiet but still only 10 minutes from city centre. The staff are amazing- so kind, helpful, patient and kind. They were so good.

The hotel is in a wonderful location. Able to walk everywhere. Rooms very nicely designed. Comfortable beds. Soundproofing so noise from the street is minimal which is great as in a busy location. Blackout curtains so we could sleep in. Lovely roof top restaurant with beautiful views. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. We brought a car and they helped us navigate parking. Can no longer park infront of the hotel as the city has made the front street pedestrian only. Staff were amazing in helping us bring our heavy bags from our car which we had to park up the street. We did not have the breakfast. It was expensive for our needs. With many brunch places and coffee shops nearby we preferred to eat out. Highly recommend this hotel without hesitation and will absolutely return to stay there

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. We would especially like to highlight Fatiha, the housekeeper, who was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly kind, always smiling, very friendly, and extremely helpful. The way she treated us was truly amazing and made our stay even more special. We really loved her and appreciated everything she did for us.
