Free street parking can be found near the hotel, which is quite rare in San Sebastián. The staff at this hotel are wonderful and always helpful with everything. Excellent value for money. We returned to this hotel after completing our Camino del Norte journey, and to our pleasant surprise, we were upgraded to a larger room with a lovely bathtub. Overall, an excellent hotel with great service.

A wonderful stop on our way to Southern Spain. A beautifully designed hotel, large rooms with nice amenities, very pet friendly. We ordered room service and it arrived promptly and was very tasty. All in all the ambiance was lovely, if not luxurious, especially for the price. Staff are very friendly and very accomodating. A nig thumbs up!

Rooms are clean. The hotel ambiance is very nice, the main area is picturesque and nice to have some drinks in. The staff is very helpful. All in all a very good hotel and very good value for money.
