The location could not be more ideal for exploring this charming town. We opted for a room with mountain view, and were glad we did. We also chose breakfast on one of our mornings, and it was wonderful: delicious, varied, and presented with care. We totally recommend!

B&B Cuenca is set on the banks of the river Júcar, 5 minutes’ drive from Cuenca’s old town and famous Hanging Houses. This charming property offers rooms with free Wi-Fi. The location in the city was perfect. It was a pleasant uphill walk to the old town. The host Lucia was so kind and friendly. We opted for the breakfast and it was delicious. Fresh orange juice, coffee, coffee cake, fruit, buttered toast, and hard boiled egg all for five euro. The room was spacious and very clean. It was easy to find a parking spot along the road.

You get your own separate “pod”—a spacious, comfortable and immaculate room with sliding doors onto your own patio and a private view of the expanse. Breakfast is delivered to your room in a beautiful basket laden with delicious croissants, fruit, cheese, etc. The bathroom is modern and luxurious: an extra perk is the shower gel that’s scented with honey and local flowers. All of the staff are welcoming. Overall, a charming and unique accommodation.

The host is a wonderful gentleman who came over within a few minutes with his friend a tech, to arrange the AC remote control. AC worked perfectly mind you. This property has easy safe parking around 12m away across the road. The host suggested a great place to eat, and we enjoyed it. He was very helpful. This was a super stay!
