Lovely and stylish apartment/semi-detached house, with its own parking lot for 1 car. Nice and helpful host. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with comfy double beds and a living room with a sofa-bed.

Polite, helpful host, spacious (also the bathroom and the shower), comfy bed, kitchen facilities (fridge, microwave, filter coffee machine, iron), own atrium with table and chairs, free parking in front of the house, nicely decorated (not too much, not too little)

The hostel in Carentan is quite close (up to 50 km) to many of the relevant D-Day sights (Sainte-Mère-Église, Utah-Beach and also Arromanches-les-Bain, Omaha-Beach, Bayeux etc.). This was one of the main reasons for us to book here. Furthermore we loved the restaurant in the patio where we had lunch two times during our stay . This is highly recommendable. Furthermore the hostel has a free parking lot across the street.

Host was very welcoming. Accommodation was fantastic, and a real mix of furnishings which added to the charm and character of the stay.
Hundreds of fascinating objects created a super cosy environment.

Free parking. Easy check in although we didn't saw our room number nor did we received a ticket. But the helpdesk solved this straight away.
Room was clean. Good shower.

Lovely Anne was the perfect host nothing was too much trouble. Secure parking for motorcycles, good central location just off the main square,we would stay there again if we visit Cherbourg.
