The old farmhouse and gite had a wonderfully rustic feel, as martins and swallows flew in and out of the stables, and it was easy to see how families with children would love the ponies, swimming pool, and many other activities on offer. Very reasonably priced and a place to revisit.

This Harry Potter themed apartment was just oozing with character. It kept us all so entertained looking at all the little bits and bobs. So much thought and attention to detail has gone into every piece in the property. The beds were so comfortable, the apartment is really spacious with everything you need and the bathroom all brand new and beautifully done. In fact the whole place is finished to an excellent standard. Avallon is a beautiful place too. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We only wish we were there longer. Marco & Marine are wonderful hosts - very friendly and provided all the information I needed. We highly recommend this fabulous place.
