Lovely welcome, great facilities, breakfast simple but served to the room, where we had facilities for sitting at a table to enjoy breakfast at our leisure. There is a book with lots of information about where to eat etc. We enjoyed a lovely swim on our return from a day out, which was very welcoming. We loved our stay here, and would definitely stay again if we were in the area!

The house is full of character and history but the room had modern heating, a comfortable bed and a great bathroom. We also really enjoyed our breakfast and chat to the host in the grand but not imposing dining room. We only stayed one night but the town and surrounds we saw on the way out made us wish we were staying longer.

Jens our host welcomed us when arriving. It felt much more like visiting a friend than arriving at a booked accommodation. He was super supportive with our bikes and everything else! He not only recommended a place to eat for the night but made the reservation himself.

A really stylish and comfortable apartment in a beautiful village. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and even left a personal note and pot of mustard in the kitchen - much appreciated. The apartment was easy to find and the car park is right across the street. I definitely recommend this property and will return.
