Everything was outstanding as always. Rooms are clean, food is tasty, staff is great, facilities are marvelous. Special thanks to Gvantsa, who helped us out with all the reservations and helped us organize a great birthday dinner. I would also like to say a special thanks to the GM Mr. Houghton, who was on the ground 24/7 checking and controlling everything. We are definitely coming back again.

My sister and I rented a studio for a month. Everything was consistent with the photos. The price is absolutely great for both the location and the conditions, which are really at a high level. In addition, the owner was so kind that he taped and covered the outdoor lamp (lantern) with something so that it would not shine in the window at night. Besides, due to the fact that after a month of stay we had a plan to go on a month-long trip to other regions of Georgia, the owner allowed us to leave all our things with him. I definitely recommend this place to relax.

We had a nice stay here during our Georgia round trip. Apartment was nice, clean, comfortable. Shower hot and with good presure. Kitchen equiped. Hotel is out of city, in a quite place. 5 min walk to a large empty sandy beach. Perfect relax for us and for baby. You can order meals from menu, which are big and homemade tasty. Thank you.

A peaceful, spacious, and incredibly welcoming stay in July!! We spent 2 nights at Panorama Bajo and had a very pleasant stay. We booked a 2-bedroom apartment with a sea view. The room was clean, incredibly spacious, and featured floor-to-ceiling windows with an amazing balcony view of the sea. The single AC unit was completely sufficient to keep the space comfortable. While the kitchen only comes with the essential basics, the staff completely made up for it. Niny, the English-speaking lady, was absolutely amazing, friendly, and highly responsive. The receptionist and the lady in the kitchen were also incredibly helpful, always ready to assist, and provided everything we asked for immediately. They even agreed to a late check-out for us! Location & Amenities: The Beach: The hotel is on the second line, but it is a very short 2-minute walk to the beach. Groceries: During July small mini-market with basic supplies is just a 3-minute walk away. For more variety, there is a Nikora supermarket about 10 minutes away. Walking 15 minutes in the opposite direction brings you to two more supermarkets (Spar and another Nikora). Dining: There is no restaurant on-site, but a 5-minute walk leads to 4 or 5 operating cafes serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner during July. Bonus Amenities: Although pool is smal,l it is clean and well-maintained. Also, while our booking stated there was no washing machine in the room, the hotel actually has a laundry room with a washer and dryer that guests can use completely free of charge. Overall, the hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery and offers a very quiet, relaxing atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it

Everything was so good. For us the best thing there was personal and Wi-fi.

It was a wonderful place and we highly recommend this aparthotel for any type of travel: groups or couples. the host Madam Valentina is super nice and helpful. Everything around was beautiful, beach is just a few meters away, room was clean and tidy. they have a big terrace on the third floor overlooking to the beach and its just another picturesque place.

Everything was very good, it was right on the sea shore, you could hear the sound of the sea at night. The staff were very nice.

Perfect hotel for beach resort, very good pool, room with everything needed, included kitchen stuff, my cat was allowed for additional 100 lari for after anti-allergic cleaning. Very comfortable system with towels, when clean towels are always available and you can change wet or dirty one. We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel.
